General Terms

Prices may vary depending on complexity of character, request, ect.
Commissions can take from 3 days - 2 weeks to complete, if the piece will take longer than 2 weeks you will be informed.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission at any time for any reason, regardless of affiliation.
I reserve the right to distribute/exhibit commissioned works on my social media, portfolio, website, ect. at my discretion.
All commissions come in the form of PNG files.
If the piece is meant for commercial use, including but not limited to book covers, assets for youtube videos, prints, or stickers, this must be explicitly stated in the initial negotiations.

The client may not make profits off the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD services, making prints, ect.) unless they have paid for the commercial use rights from me.
If a character in the piece is being sold, the art can be sold as an add-on.
The client may use the piece on their social media and create prints for personal use.
I reserve the right to sell the commissioned artwork as prints of merchandise. Original characters/designs will not be printed.

All transactions are made through PayPal, for the safety of myself and the client.
After the client and I agree on a sketch and a price, payment can be done 1 of 2 ways:
- Pay half of the total at the start of the commission and the rest once you receive the final revision.
- Pay in full at the end of the commission.
The client may request a full refund up until they receive the digital linework for revision, past that phase, they will receive half of their payment. No refunds will be given after completion.
If for any reason I am unable to begin the piece, the client will be notified and receive a full refund.
If the client is getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money myself.
If the client requests a Paypal chargeback at any point that was not agreed on, they will lose all rights to the commissioned piece. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work. Furthermore, they will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
